Charlie has 18 years’ experience in the food industry working in Category Insight and Shopper Marketing across all key channels, Top 4 Retailers, Convenience, Impulse, Online, Food Service, Distributors and International Markets. She has worked across Chilled, Frozen and Ambient categories for both small and large manufacturers. 10 years of Charlie's career has involved working on ready meals, chilled, frozen and ready to cook. She has a wide-ranging knowledge of the market, consumers and launching products into this category
Charlie now works as Category Management consultant but also creates training resources to share her industry expertise and experience with other category professionals to support their career development.
